Adopt A Pet

Animal Rescue Family (ARF) seeks responsible pet owners for our animals. Owners need to fulfill emotional, physical, veterinary and safety needs of their pets. Once adopted, dogs and cats must not be free-roaming pets. Adopters must be at least 21 years old. ALL adults in the household must participate in this adoption application and process.

By signing this application the applicant(s) gives permission for ARF to investigate any/all information provided by the applicant(s). Applicant(s) also give permission to inquire and obtain veterinary medical records for current and past pets. Furthermore, ARF will contact the current landlord for any dwelling they may rent to confirm permission for application to house an indoor pet. ARF reserves the right to deny any request to adopt a pet. Furthermore any misrepresentations made in the application may result in the applicant/adopter losing the privilege of adopting or keeping an adopted pet.

In the event we are unable to approve your application for adoption, we will not be disclosing details of our decision.
